The word visionist means one who sees what others have not yet seen. The one who holds the inner conviction that something better is possible and does the work to bring it into being. Innovation is the foundation of everything we do.
The InnerVisionist Collective is a boutique consulting firm operating at the intersections of faith, justice, technology, and AI. We work with organizations that are ready to move beyond programs and strategies and into genuine transformation. We help create and curate communities that are ready to innovate, think, and move differently, and need a trusted partner to help them figure out what that looks like.
Our founder, Dr. Angel Bernice Clark, brings a rare triple competency: she is a practical theologian, a data systems analyst, and a womanist scholar with over a decade of experience in both the church and the corporate sector. Her approach doesn’t separate the spiritual from the strategic. She knows that the most effective organizations are the ones where purpose and practice are aligned. Where the inside matches the outside, and the people are as valued as the programs.

A PIT is one who uses their technologies, spirituality, and culture to curate communal, hospitable, healing spaces. We bring that same conviction to every client engagement: that the tools we use should serve human dignity, that community formation comes before strategic deployment, and that everywhere — the boardroom, the sanctuary, the nonprofit — is sacred ground.
